Alexis is a licensed cosmetologist, but found her passion, natural flare and ability for lash extensions early while she was still in school and quickly earned both her classic and volume lash certifications. 

Over her career, Alexis has had the opportunity to work with multiple lash companies developing training materials and assisting with product development. However, she felt there was a disconnect between product companies and the actual artists using the products and applying the training.

Alexis is still a practicing lash artist with a full clientele. EVERY SINGLE product sold by AW Lashes is used by Alexis and the artists at the AW salon every day. Each and every product was designed, tested and perfected by lash artists for their everyday use. If the products don't perform better than anything else available on the market -- it's not sold by the AW team.
