No support
It’s been one of my go to apps for years, but apparently it’s no longer supported. I found an error in its puzzle Solver but there’s no one to contact. Oh well.
WordBook is my favorite dictionary
I find wordBook to be incredibly useful. Its definitions are clear, precise and brief.
Still my favorite dictionary
I have had this app so long. It’s my favorite dictionary app. And still use it daily.
Simple me.
Short and easy to understand definitions in every fields.
ENJOY … BUT!
Yes, I enjoy use of this app; however, after three years, an update is needed: 1) The mic is visible for dictation only after restarting iPad … almost every time! (It is not shown in the PREVIEW shots pictured here.) 2) Voice pronunciations are frequently incorrect, often conflicting with the IPA provided, and also often failing to make distinctions for inflections. Embarrassing for any user who publicly relies on the information. 3) Landscape orientation is badly needed. I use the app, but less and less.
Great content, 5 stars, EXCEPT …
… on iPad, the app does not rotate from portrait to landscape. That costs it two stars in utility for me, and actually leads me to use other apps that do rotate.

My favorite reference source. Thumbs up
