The app allows for self-improvement and preparation prior to entering the strict environments of Basic Military Training (BMT) and Officer Training School (OTS). Users are able to access reporting statements, drill movements, training schedules and fitness and nutrition information. The USAF DEP app also includes a fitness calculator, interactive packing and financial readiness checklists, quizzes, and flash cards to help prep DEP members for Basic Military and Officer Training.

Trying to input my BMT start date and it will not allow me to select a date, there’s no green dots on any dates

I have gotten my date when I’m leaving for bmt. I try to input it on the app but it’s not working where as there’s a green dot above my date. Now I don’t know when I will graduate just only 7.5 weeks later. Is there a way to fix the input of my date to get an accurate date ?

How can any USAF applicant so dedicated to preparing for BMT not be able to select their OFFICIAL SHIP DATE?? The one given to them by their recruiter! I deleted this app and try again, still not working!! Please FIX IT!

I leave for BMT in a couple of weeks and i’ve tried for over a month to enter my ship date but the first available dot is in October 2023 it is currently December 2023 so dots are behind. Would really appreciate it so I could prepare accordingly and have some peace of mind.

It was working fine up until a couple of months ago! It just doesn’t let you add your BMT date anymore, sure it’s just a glitch but still a great app, useful info.
