Best Translating app & Great Value
I use this app all the time I work with clients all over the world and this app has always come through with a great translation. You can get both text and speech translation and it even has a mode to detect language (have someone speak said language for example) and it detects what it is and translates what they are saying into English (or whatever language you want it to speak). It is not like all the other apps I downloaded a lot of translation apps that wanted all these fees and could not even come close to the function of this app. There are a huge selection on languages to choose from globally that you can get by using the online feature. You have the option of offline translation (by text only right now and only is a select amount of popular languages) but there is a way to listen to the text written and have it spoken out by a computer voice in the app. You can even adjust how fast or slow the speech is spoken. You can copy and paste words easily to and from app for back and forth communication as well as live speak translation (that can be a little slower than text but still better than being unable to speak at all.). There is no other translator app as good as this. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to translate or is traveling and need a emergency backup. I am using this on an iPhone 11 now but also used this on my iPhone 7 before this. Never had a glitch problem with this app ever. I only had maybe 4 times where one word didn’t really translate clearly in over 3 years using this app. Which is great stats considering how much I use this. And even in that it was more because of the phrasing because it translated the literal meaning and not the way that phase would have been locally understood as. I was able to translate so much accurately from this app with little to no problems so that is why I gave it 5 out of 5 stars. I couldn’t see why anyone would give this app less than five stars. It is easy to use very straight forward and very reliable. Last the app is always expanding to have new features that make it even better over time. Hopefully the next update will be to have more languages available for download to use offline as well as an offline speak translation option. I waited a good while to post this review cause I wanted to see how it performed long term. It performs so well that I was compelled to write this review because it is very rare these days to find an app that does what it says it will do and not have glitches and problems. To find an app that did that from the start and kept that going for 3 years straight deserves a great review. 😄

The app stopped working. Wasted time by emailing their customers support for about a month. After all they simply stopped replying.

As a general contractor my days of charades are over. It is so nice to converse with the Workers without a translator.

United StatesAudio for some language doesn’t work anymore
The audio on how to say it used to work for some languages but after iOS 13 came out, some languages doesn’t work anymore. ( chinese Cantonese is one such language that doesn’t work) there’s many more and I’ve tried contacting them and it’s been couple of months now and no response back at all. Would probably recommend use another app unless they fix it.
