To facilitate the telecom users, PTA has launched Mobile App of Complaint Management System (CMS). The App has following features: – Complaint registration against various services i.e. telecom services offered by service providers, mobile registration/ DIRBS, stolen mobile handset / IMEI related complaint, internet content related complaint, etc. – Tracking of complaint to view its status. – Feedback on the complaint. – History of complaints of individual user. – Consumer awareness on different issues.

App is recommending update but it’s not updating very useless app good luck.
Can’t use the app. Keep redirecting to unavailable update
There is no new update in the App Store, but the app will not continue opening but redirect to App Store to update. Developers surely don’t want anyone to use. Also, what’s with the app name: pk.gov.pta.cms ??

There is no way to attach pictures
There is no way to attach mobile pictures. It only takes pictures from phones “files” app. Kindly update. We are using phone there is only one option of photos that is camera.
Still pending
I open a complaint on 10 Jan and it’s still pending on 19 Jan. They didn’t even send it to the mentioned department. If you can’t even solved a complaint in one week. How is this app gonna survive. In my opinion it’s not gonna be a disaster.
