V 8.71 UNRELIABLE - HELP ! on MBP "15 Retina Dual Graphics Mojave - docs LOST!

Though it all still works on my High Sierra MBP mid 2012 13" - The unreliability of this app keeps me from sing it and from recommending it. Can you explain how to change the dates of the planner for the new year? 2021_02_26 - Re: Update Can't update. and coan't download onto MBP 2015 - Mojave. I tried downloading update - spinning circle. - Deleted app on machine - App store shows "Update" (not install). - Click update - result is same spinning circle. no update. 2020_12_02 - Re: Multiple window view for same document. - Can you find a way to allow us to see (for example) more than one day of the planner simultaneously? It doesn't help to have 365 days of detailed writing and typing on those lovely searchable pages, if we have the ability to only see one or 2 at a time. Asking because I don't use the app much because of this issue. 2020_12_02 - Re: Planner - Can you post instructions on how to change the calendar dates for 2021 so we are not dependent on you to publish a new one each year? 2020_12_02 - Re: Crash - Thanks for the fix. It works on Mojave and High Sierra now. 2020_11_29 - Re: Crash - When I create a new document or try to open a document it quits. Makes working between iOS and macOS impossible. Please fix.

I don't recall any other app that undergoes the continual improvement and release of useful new features that we see with ZoomNotes. This means the developer is really paying attention to customers and to improving the app. This is an app you can trust.
United StatesDesktop version is not good, support team slow to respon.
I purchased the desktop version specifically because it says it is iCloud enabled and can sync. It is not clear upon entry how to make that happen (FYI - you don't need to set it up like with the iPad version, it works automatically based on the computer settings). Sadly the documention is not at all good, for the any versions of the program, especially the desktop version. And, the desktop version overall is honestly crap. It is nowhere near as good as the iPad version. And Support took weeks to get back to me (likely only did so because I mentioned my YouTube channel) . My honest opinion, don't waste your money....(hopefully yet?). Maybe down the line it will be even half as good a Goodnotes desktop version currently is. But for now, stick to the iPad version.

Purchased the desktop version specifically because it says it is iCloud enabled and can sync with other systems (iPad and iPhone). IT CAN'T. There is ZERO option to connect to iCloud. Complete waste of money. And, absolutely zero answers to my various contacts to solve this issue or be reimbursed. Do NOT buy this app! iPad version, however, is pretty good. But, since it won't sync I won't use it or talk about it on my YouTube channel.

I recently purchased the desktop version of this program, with the hopes of accessing my iPad files on my desktop. There is no settings button, no way to set up any sort of sync..despite the exact wording "ICloud enabled for easy synchronization between iOS and Mac OS". My program appears to be, well, useless. Would like some explanation, or my money back!

The main reason I wanted this is to access and edit my notes from my iPad without having to export them as pdf because I don’t like the thought of the zoomnotes file format being trapped in my iPad. So I’m very grateful for this. I do not need it syncing and haven’t tried that. (I already have OneNote for the notes that I keep synced between devices; also Joplin, the Evernote replacement. ZoomNotes is for completely different use.) It is great that older Mac OS and older iOS are supported because not everyone can afford to update their devices, and the old ones still work perfectly. Also, I like the appearance of the UI. It has a simple charm. I did not have trouble figuring out the UI and I like that the iPad and desktop versions are so similar. The only thing that stumped me is the layerd “sub-pages” becasue I had trouble figuring out how to move or delete them, and figuring out when I was writing on a sub note or the paper beneath it. But it is a good idea, and very unique. It is nice when you need to go back and add to your notes while still keeping things neat. Overall I appreciate Zoomnote and the great support on the website.
