The Ygrene Contractor Portal app makes it simple to create and manage PACE projects from start to finish. You'll save time with Touch or Face ID, push notifications, quick actions, pull to refresh and swipe navigation. The easy-to-navigate interface allows you to show property owners the benefits of financing and guide them through the application process. You can check eligibility, create proposals, complete and submit applications, and manage your projects — all with the tap of your finger.

Proposal Tool — Create quick proposals to show property owners their Ygrene financing options for green projects and their estimated savings. 

Projects/Pipeline Views — Track the progress and review the status of your projects. Click on individual projects to view details and move them through the process.

Tasks Tracker — See open tasks and click to complete them. The app will send push notifications when tasks are due and take you to the proper screen with one click.
