By adding a mood every day you are able to track your monthly and yearly analysis based on your mood and also on the steps you have taken. By doing this you can see what effect your movement has on your mood. You can customize the names of the moods to make it fit you perfectly. You can also add a daily reminder so that you don’t forget to fill in your day. You also have full control over the colors that will be presented in your year. In addition to that, you can select which months in the year that should be visible. For example, you can choose to show only January to June. All you do is pick a color each day for how it went, it takes two seconds. Then at the end of the month you can see a pie chart of how your month went mood-wise. It really cool and helps if you are trying to analyze your life. For instance, I looked at my mood when I had toxic friends (August-Novemeber) to when I no longer had them (December) and I can tell I’m a lot happier. I recommend this app (:
United StatesNew App for 2020; Can’t Upload 2019 Into It
I found this app with less than 15 days left of 2019. I keep track of my mood in the same way on paper, and have done sofor multiple years, but I liked that this could compare my steps to my mood. I spent the next long while uploading 360 days of moods to the calendar because I liked this so much. I was even heavily considering buying the in app bonuses! So I am incredibly disappointed that this app does not extend into 2020 and it does not look like I will be able to import any of my 2019 information into the new app. If this is a yearly occurrence, I doubt I will keep using the app as I do not want to have 4 apps on my phone to track my mood for 4 years. This is essentially planned obsolescence so the developers can save on memory space or inflate the number is downloads of their apps. Either way this is frustrating and disappointing. Should there be a plan to integrate 2018 and 2019 into the new app, I would go through with the in app purchases provided the new app also extended past 2020.

I started using this app when I was having a pretty hard time but seeing that my days were getting better and better made me feel better. I broke my phone and had to use a different one. So I went and Re uploaded the app to see ALL MY PIXELS GONE. So now I feel to defeated to start again until I know I have a back up. 7 months of doing it everyday is a lot and to see it vanish puts me off from starting again.

I downloaded this because I love the concept. I upgraded to full version hoping that buying more colors also allowed me to customize and add more moods. It doesn’t. It only allows 5 moods. I thought it was expensive but decided to risk it. Wish I hadn’t. I hope they will add that feature in an update real soon because I do love the concept. It could be very helpful in recognizing any seasonal or hidden grief patterns.

I had started at the beginning of this year and now am halfway into the month. I then saw an update that said to fix bugs so I updated without thought. Next time I opened the app, a l l of the days i had logged were gone. Everything blank. I honestly am furious. Overall a great app because it works in a simple and easy way, but i wish you could have an account or something to save so this wouldn’t happen.

This is an update with information that the app is maintained until 2019. There is a new app called Year in Pixels - Mood Analyser that supports the current year and will have lots of amazing features coming soon, so please install that version instead!
