You can use this application anytime, anywhere to watch our company's device. The advantage of this application is that the real-time preview delay is less than one second, and the playback uses the time search method to get the data, and there is no video loss. But also can interact with the equipment side, support intercom function, you can talk to the device.
Doesn’t work
The app does not work when I’m not at home. When I’m on the same Wi-Fi it does work. That’s pointless!

After so long the app demands you enter your credit card number to keep using it. It’s also a junky app to begin with. It is slow and clunky to use. I am thinking I may have to get another dvr at this point.

This app I believe is operating against Apple’s App Store terms and conditions. The app recently changed to require a subscription to operate. The app requires you put in credit card information directly and not process the payment through the App Store. This is both dangerous for data security reasons and exploits the original claims that came with the equipment this app is used for. I may have to get a new dvr or find another way to remote connect. It’s very frustrating.

I have tried so many ways and times to get my cameras to work. Yes. I've reset it But yet nothing. When I first got it the directions to set it up are a joke. Only thing I can say good is the pictures/videos are good. But there is NO help for this system. I have now been broken into and of course when I go back to look there is nothing for me to view. If I could I've negative numbers. I would be say -4.
