If you already have an account and want to keep it, then the app itself is fine. But Wix in general is impossible to cancel without reaching out multiple times for customer support. I reached out 3 times via email and twice via the app and each time I got no response. When I reached out the 6th time, they still didn’t cancel my account but they did charge it 9 days early. I had to go through the website and ask for a refund, which they didn’t give me. But they finally cancelled my account like I had originally asked over 2 weeks prior. So my point is that the app is kind of pointless if you’re going to have to use the website for everything anyway

I’m trying to build a new website, and after entering the website name, I’m brought to a screen about custom apps. I can’t navigate away from this page; there is no X, so continue button, clicking outside of it does nothing. Restarting the app forces me to restart the page from the beginning and still brings me to the screen I can’t close Since time is of the essence for building this site, I’m forced to use another app. Unfortunate.

I find the system impossible to use. You have no access to the HTML and I was expecting to be able to do HTML edits. Was not able to make a site work for me if you need a simple site I would look elsewhere. packages for a dedicated professional user only

Most of the times when you run a report in Wix it takes minutes to load. Extremely slow. Only sticking with it because of booking functionality.
