Battery killer
This app absolutely kills your battery. To run this app you need a designated phone. If this was on your personal phone the battery will probably be dead by lunch time. Our previously used roadside app/company (ran by Allstate) was great, very few problems and would run in the background for about 4-5 days before a charge. Now that our hand was forced to go to Urgently and since the first day we started using it has been killing the battery in under a day. If I was to ever use the phone for a few texts or calls I’d be concerned the battery wouldn’t make it till the end of my shift.
Nonpayments!!!!
I am looking to find out if any other service providers are having issues of not receiving payments within the 15 business days from job completions…. I have notice from the time frame of October/November 2022 to the present that payments has been coming in later than the normal 15 business days from job completion…. I have experienced delays totaling up to 40 days from the day of job completion…. If any other service providers are going through the same delay please reach out to me…. My number is 321.598.5856 and I pray that this is not an ongoing issue…. Thank you!!!!
Worst motor club ever
This company is horrible. The app is horrible. The tow community needs to stop taking their calls and Put this company out of business
App/web link are terrible.
You miss out on a ton of work because the app and the web link load up so slow. By the time they boot up the job has already gone. I like working with urgently, but they have to get this figured out. It’s been going on way too long now.

I swear to God the best app and easy for work and good payment urgently the best more than any company
Worst roadside company to work with
They simply are just useless middleman claiming to be number one but that’s false advertisement they don’t pay crap and think they don’t have to negotiate I’m done with these guys if I was you guys I would do work for them either only way to stop them is by not doing there work it’ll come through another client trust me
App has a lot of glitches
I really don’t like using this app I wish they could direct the call to my dispatch portal but no I have to use their app. The whole 30 miles coverage and after $1 per mile is not very convenient. Their website is slow too and not iPad or iPhone friendly. They need a lot of improvement. My app hasn’t been working for 2 days now.
