It was difficult for me to know why the picture is not correct. I had to try several formats. The document wasn’t help as we followed it. Also it closes as soon as I leave the page and I have to authenticate and sign in several time, it would be better if there is a timer like 1 or 2 minutes. For the application option should be coming under each applicant to renew or modify as the number of option was confusing and I keep on picking the wrong application even though all of them have the word “Renew”. Finally sending a complain through the app is useless, no one replied for 3 days. I had to call the toll number to get the answer or guidance what to do. Anyway after all, it’s done and better than waiting in the line in Tasheeel.

Each time we want to update our information, we have to pay around 153 aed! This payment is valid to update one info for one person the time, and any other changes in the data of the other members in ( sponsored ) require another payment!!! Please review this comment to enhance the process. Thanks a lot.

النظام جميل جدا ولكن أتعبني في الإستخدام خلال اليومين الماضيين حيث تأخر في إرسال رمز التحقق لمدة طويلة.! بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لماذا علي أن أقوم بدفع رسوم خدمة بقيمة 151 درهما لتعديل رقم هاتف سجل عن طريق الخطأ وقمت بتعديله سابقا عند الهوية؟ المبلغ مبالغ فيه جدا حيث أني أقوم بتعديل بياناتي الشخصية فقط ولا أقوم بطلب إصدار جواز سفر أو بطاقة هوية وطنية جديدة والتي تعادل تقريبا نفس المبلغ المطلوب دفعه في هذه العملية. أتمنى أن تلقى رسالتي و تقييمي لهذه العملية إهتماما من قبلكم حيث لا يعقل أن يطلب النظام رسوما على تعديل رقم هاتف أو عنوان منزل أرقم بريدي أو غيره فهذه معلومات أساسية يجب أن يكون تعديلها في النظام مجانيا. دمتم بخير
