Great product!
The app is easy to use, intuitive, and has made our technicians’ day much easier. They are spending less time on paperwork and are getting work orders to us immediately when previously it could take days. Also, the app has made back-office work much more streamlined. There is a bit of a learning curve (like anything new), but once you have the hang of it, processing times become shorter, billing is more consistent, and there are fewer errors overall.

Lots of use
To start off I’ve been using this app for several years now. The app definitely has had a lot of changes over the years. When your back office gives full permissions to the tech and learns how to utilize the system the app works great. Tinnacity supports the system very well and readily fixes and updates the app as bugs are found or changes are needed.
Can’t give zero stars
This is the worst app. Everything is stupid difficult to do. I’m a tech, and I deal hand in hand with parts department, and office manager daily trying to get things straightened out that Tinnacity app has screwed up. The office side of things is way over complicated as well. I watch the parts guys switching between 300 different screens and menus just to post a tube of grease to my inventory, then I have to wait 2 or 3 days to be able to charge it to an SVO.
Crap
The app has to many problems . Tim #s converting to work ordered and parts inventory not correct and when you correct it it is still wrong.
- Display the work order type's customer terms if set when signing a work order. - Change new work order icon from red to purple. - Squashed some bugs.
