No instructions but finally figured it out; good variety
I was figuring that the templates would automatically show up in my Numbers Template Chooser. After restarting my computer twice and not finding any answers on the seller’s website or twitter feed as to why they weren’t showing up I decided to do a Finder search using the word “Templates." That’s where I saw the application and realized that it was a separate application, outside of Numbers. When you choose a template from Numbers Pro, Numbers asks if you would like to add the template to “My Templates.” So, in all, a good set of templates but a little confusing in the beginning.
