The Telepresenz® application enables remote field users to connect with Experts and Support Teams via a video call, to collaborate and receive real-time visual assistance as and when the need occurs.  The integrated workflow management capability allows field users to receive and complete assigned jobs on their devices using the digital step by step work instructions and reference materials attached to the procedures.
