Notifications don’t work
Even though I have everything set in my phone and in the app to receive notifications -silence. I have to go into the app to see any kid of notification. I don’t want to have to check the app several times a day to see if my client has messaged me.

Great potential but so many bugs ... notifications never work properly - often times have notifications that show up as badge icons despite no new work/messages. Notifications are also severely delayed - often times pop up hours later ....

Great potential, but here are the shortcomings: - still can't drag tasks across boards, even though you can do this if you log into the web version on your iPad. - no weekly or daily (time) view of tasks in calendar. - can't print or share calendar, timeline or task list - can't change a checklist item into a task. - no subtasks with due dates!!! - tasks with checklist items complete even when checklist items are incomplete. No setting to change/ control this. - almost impossible to move timelines on the gantt/timeline... 1 successful move out of ~15 attempts.. This makes it difficult to use timeline to adjust your workload, very unproductive as have to go to each individual task to adjust timelines, versus quick all task select, swipe & adjust. - cannot select which projects to add to calendar.. again, you have to go into each individual project separately. Huge HUGE potential- potentially the perfect hybrid of Trello & Asana, but these issues really reduce its effectiveness and your productivity.

My workflow requires me to reorder tasks manually often (sometimes multiple times a day). Right now there is no way to do that in the app. I process tasks in a project from the top of the list to the bottom. If I get an email from somebody prompting me to bump up the priority of a task I want to do that in the app while on the go. Likewise when I want to add a new task I want to be able to choose priority by dragging and dropping it in a certain position in the list. Right now that is not possible and the only reason why I am holding off on switching to Taskworld.
United StatesChat doesn't work in app - team can't use
My team set up a trial account and we moved into the app but the chat doesn't work on anyone's phone and since we are all remote we can actually work together - I can't find a way to contact iOS support to even fix the problem and there is no live chat to talk to anyone. Ugh.

Developers: Check out the way the Trello app works (I'm sure you already have)... dragging tasks between lists is essential. Your desktop app works great and it has a lot of additional, really useful functionality. Just can't use the mobile app as it is.

Needs landscape mode and timeline mode. Otherwise the best PM software I've found in years. I'll just use the desktop version and avoid the app. Junk. Update June 2017: App update says supports landscape mode. Not true. STILL NO LANDSCAPE MODE. Honestly, I don't use the app at all because of this.
