Service Tech Mobile allows technicians to receive work order assignments directly from the office (Spectrum) and then enter time, notes and pictures against the work order. All of the data entered into Service Tech Mobile will be available to the Spectrum Work Order module within moments of connecting to the internet. Service Tech Mobile is designed to work on and off-line and ships with a fully functioning stand-alone DEMO environment.

Terrible App
On more than one occasion my work order notes have been randomly wiped causing me to get grief from work over missing notes that I absolutely had in the system. Again on more than one occasion this has happened with zero explanation. I now have to type notes up in a separate document and transfer them. This is frustrating.

Works fair if you only use one device
After using service channel. Service Tech is a clunky dinosaur. Pictures and wo notes don’t always sync.. it get confused if using an IPhone and IPad. It is hard to for 2 techs to be on 1 Wo.. the time keeper is just as bad. Hours don’t line up adds and subtracts hours at will. I hope the developers spent their money wisely, because they sure don’t seem to be putting money into trying to fix the AP
If I could give “0” stars I would
This is quite possibly the worst application and system that I have ever worked with. I waste so much time trying to get the app to sync with the web system. The delay is mind boggling. I can’t say enough how much this app in general is worthless.
Outdated
Does not do any notifications. Techs do not get updated when they get dispatched or a change in their schedule. Desktop is impossible to use smoothly for developing maintenance agreements and properly dispatch. Very Windows 98.
Terrible syncing issues
The app on its own is easy to use and functional. However you can never get the data to sync correctly. Photos do not upload correctly and change format during upload. You better never need tech support because there isn’t any worth talking about. Slow to respond and usually advise you to uninstall and reinstall or log out and back in. Have lost countless days of work due to the app not connecting and updating information.
