The app is awesome, but not a fan of subscriptions. That being said the lifetime purchase is way to high.

The absolute audacity of asking for $35 A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION for this. UPDATE: This developer now wants $180 for lifetime access. This app is less usable than the stock notes app. DO. NOT. BUY.
United StatesNot sure I love 4.0 if I’m honest
What was a really cool and simple list maker has started down a path to be something else. Pre 4.0 it felt simple but polished and everything just worked without over complicating things. It just needed some minor tweaks IMHO such as : 1. being able to manually rearrange your list / sort order 2. When IN a list, being able to swipe left or right to get to the next list (really good of you have down time and want to browse thru when deciding what to do next.) 3. Sticky notes either in different colours (so I could identify Audiobooks I have on Audible vs Spotify at a glance) or possibly tags (but then you’re starting to go down that complicated route again…and I know you can achieve tags thru “ingredients”) I’ve tried to set smart lists, but now I’ve got 3 lists where I had 1 before: 1. Audiobooks to listen to (all ABs) 2. Smarlist for Audible ABs with “Audible” ingredient 3. Smarlist for Spotify ABs with “Spotify” ingredient I’ll keep working with it. But maybe if you implemented the manual sorting and the option for coloured sticky notes (or just bigger font on stickies so I can read on the thumbnail display that would work too) and the swipe functionality between lists I won’t need to worry about all the ingredients gubbins and leave that for the “Power Users”. Anyway, straw poll of 1 and I realise you’re not writing this software just for me! LOVE the look up of all the meta data when you add all the different products : Audiobooks, music albums, movies, tv etc.

Two needed features: - ability to rate content so we can sort/filter our favorites - ability to distinguish between shows that have been altogether completed & those for which upcoming seasons are still in production so we can keep track of completed shows we’d like to continue when the next season drops

Please add a feature (perhaps in the subscription bonus feature set) to allow us to “review” content along a 5 star spectrum (similar to Apple Store app reviews) so that we can then later find our favorite (highest rated) content from the past in the ‘activity’ section.

Never using my notes app again for movies, books, and tv shows I want to watch or have watched.

Seeing as how most of the books I want to read are not listed in the search function, I have to add a custom book - no biggie. Except for the fact that every time I select the list I want to add my custom book to, the app crashes. Add that to the fact that I can’t add an image for the book or even add the author name, format or anything that I would find useful for cataloging and organizing my to-do media. I wanted to use this app instead of my notes to track everything but with the app crashing constantly I don’t see how I can. Additional pet peeve is that you have to be detailed and enter your search before anything pulls up. It doesn’t query as you type leading to a lot of scrolling and hunting after typing the full name of the media. Its wasted time, energy, and makes me not want to add things, especially in bulk.

ADD LINKS Paste links into Sofa and automatically get a nice preview along with pre-filled information. ADD VIA SHARE SHEET Add websites, videos, articles, and more into Sofa via the Share Sheet. USE IMAGES FROM CAMERA ROLL Use images from your camera roll or take a photo to use for cover images. ============================ **BACKUP FILE CHANGES** There is a new file format for Sofa backup files to work better with saving images and the new Ingredients feature. The new extension is .sofa3bk and will be automatically created starting from version 3.5. These new backup files will be a bit larger to account for the additional data that is now being saved. I've also added a setting for choosing the frequency of automatic backups
