Time out
Keeps telling me my session has timed out and to log in again,then won’t let me log in

They did an update. Now I can’t log on in and getting an error “unable to get login language strings”. My employer has reset my password multiple times so it’s not that. I can’t even get to a log in screen really.

The old version was so much better then this version. It’s beginning to not tell my team or I our schedules like mine right now so I am off all week when i know that’s not the case i work every day this week beside one day. We have had people not know when they are working and not show up because store force is not telling them and only telling them certain days. I wish we could go back to them old version because if i haven’t looked at the schedule that we print out i wouldn’t know when i would work or not. I also know I am not alone compared to all the other reviews that have been made!!

The new version is TERRIBLE!! You use to be able to see your schedule at a glance. When I try to see the new week it takes me back to the beginning of the month. This is frustrating and inefficient. Bring back the old version!!

This recent update is not useful at all. Previously, you could view the month and see each shift displayed clearly. Now it loads “weekly” but doesn’t even open to the current day or week. Most of the time, it doesn’t load the most recently posted schedule. StoreForce ESS was meant to streamline scheduling and viewing schedules, etc but this update has only complicated things. I’d almost rather take the few extra minutes to input my schedule in my phone calendar just so I can have an easier time accessing the day I want to view versus trying to find it in this app. The old version worked just fine. Please fix this. Worth mentioning, due to how this has loaded schedules (or hasn’t loaded) into many of our phones at my company, I have already had a few issues with employees not having their shifts properly loaded and therefore unaware they were scheduled to work until they were already late and we called to check on them. Please go back to the old version. This isn’t working. And based on other reviews, I’m not alone.
