This is an excellent product that is very easy to use and the customer service is second to none!

After I uploaded a particularly size-able video, the app now only crashes on startup. It won’t stay open long enough for me to discard the video so I have no way of interacting with any of the photos or videos in the app. I’ve essentially lost all of these because I had the function that deleted my photos from my gallery once it was put into the app. It’s been over 30 days so I can’t recover them. Furthermore, I decided if I payed for the subscription and uploaded them to the cloud, I could recover them from there and finally be rid of this stupid application once and for all. The iCloud sync doesnt work. I always had issues with it crashing but none like this before. Save yourself the trouble, and don’t use this folder. You’ll lose everything eventually.

Good app. Having trouble in that the app will not allow deleting from the trash folder. Also, cannot disable recovery from email.
