Photos and videos seemed to have downloaded fine. But in Order to see the videos, I have to purchase the Microsoft extension for .99. Now while that’s not a lot of money, I know, it’s the point of it. I wanted to bypass that. And as someone else said, you have to click on each link to the photo one by one. That’s ridiculous and a waste of time. Money down the drain. You’re better off purchasing IMAZING. I regret not doing that first. I’m sick of IPhone not letting me download my photos and videos. This is my last IPhone purchase.

Until today I have been very happy with this App. But I guess they did an update that F everything up. I plug the drive in like I always did before click on two buttons wanting to go to my files on my phone and every thing is black. I can not maneuver anywhere. So I can not open and copy a file to another file. In other words the thumb drive is useless for what I want to do. Think again before you buy there products. I am not a happy person right now, wanted to pull files off my phone, guess it is not going to happen. To top it off there is no tech support to see if I can fix the problem.

I’ve used these flash drives and app for years and never had a problem. I recently learned the app does not work with the iPhone 15 pro type C connector. App needs to be updated to add capabilities.
