Not worth it
One of the main features of this app wouldn't work for me. I emailed customer service service and they didn't even bother to respond to me.
Firefox menus are broken
Firefox extension is broken. Keeps loading the Start Collecting dialog. Very annoying, please fix.
Great app - but the settings are real flaky
This app is just the replacement I've been looking for for Diigo. I paid for a month's pro license to get a good idea of how it works. I really like it, but....... Today it changed all my tags to lower case. For the past 3 weeks it has switched me randomly to dark mode AND switched to opening bookmarks in the preview panel instead of a new tab. I change the settings back and in a few days they change again. Tried contacting the developer thru the contact link on their website - no response after 2 weeks. I may try another of of paid service, but would really like these issues fixed.
Not a Product
This effort is more like a developer's project than a professional software product. You ask questions, maybe you get an answer. Upgrades sometimes work. Pure халтра.
I wanted to like it...
Looking for a way to leave chrome in the past and use safari but the bookmark syncing and dealing with dupes and checking for old/bad links just isn't up to what google chome and chrome extentions can do. This product might work for some people, i just wasn't one of them unfortunately. I paid for pro version to give it a go and while it might work for some it left me frustrated and i uninstalled it from my iphone and macbook.
Trouble importing bookmarks from browser
I like the app a lot, but in order to use it you need to import your bookmarks from your browser. The setup guide shows you how to export bookmarks into a file and then load them into raindrop. For some reason, my HTML file won't load successfully. After importing the file the progress thing says 100% complete, but the page stays frozen and none of my bookmarks appear. No info about how to fix it on their support site.
In-App Pro Purchase Doesn't Work
The app looks amazing and is a great solution for syncing bookmarks across browsers and devices. Unfortunately purchasing the pro account through the app store doesn't unlock the pro features. Reaching out to the developer didn't produce a response. Help documents didn't provide any answers to unlocking the pro account either. 🎉 Update: The developer got back to me and said they had and issue with payments. He straightened everything out better than I could have imagined. The app is perfect for anyone with multiple computers and browser.
