I was having problems with print jobs from Microsoft Word and Excel not printing on my Epson XP-830 at all. I could print things from other sources such as emails and screen prints, etc. but not Microsoft. I paid the $19.99 for this product expecting a cure. What I got was nothing. It just didn't work. Worse yet, there are no instructions or troubleshooting pages in the documentation. It's all just brochure type stuff. I finally found an email address for tech support and sent a plea for help detailing my troubles. Again, I got nothing. Finally I did what I should have done in the first place; I found a phone number for Epson Tech Support (562) 276-4382. I called and the gal that finally came on analysed the problem and helped me to fix it in less than 30 min. It was some minor adjustments to the settings in the installation of their software. I made a $20 mistake. I hope you don't.
