Queue is a nice, simple CRM for your personal life. Add the people you’d most like to keep in touch with, get reminders to reach out on a regular basis, take notes on your catch ups, and easily search across your network. Here’s how it works: *Your people* Add people from your Google Calendar meetings, Gmail threads, and iPhone contacts, and Queue will remind you to reach out on a regular basis. *Your catch ups* Queue is deeply integrated with your Google Calendar. It’ll keep track of how long it’s been since you last caught up, and remind you when it’s time to get in touch again. *Your notes* Queue will remind you after each catch up to think about how it went and take some notes, and it’ll make sure you have those notes handy when it’s time to reach out again. — I’m Jeremy and I make Queue. I charge a monthly subscription to keep the service running, but you can try it for free. I hope you find it valuable. Email me any time with questions or feedback at [email protected].
Light + Elegant personal CRM
Not for power users, or folks looking for every element of their enterprise CRM. Just a simple, quick, tool to keep in contact with the folks who matter most.
Horrible app.
It seems like it only can keep up with 12 contacts at one time. Whenever I add more relationships to it, they would disappear and would not be able to find them then when I would try to add them back, it said it is already inside of your queue. It was very aggravating. I would not waste my time if I were you. Not unless you want to get really aggravated and hate the day.
Best PRM app
Managing relationships is not about revenue, it’s about energy and enjoying life. This app is exactly what I needed to maximize the joy and richness of my relationships. Excited for future features but for now this is exactly what I needed!
Buggy
Has been good, but every time I click add a contact from my phone, the app crashes immediately and closes out.
Brilliant app!
This is the rare sort of an app that is developed with extreme attention to detail. From the user interface being extremely simple and intuitive to the questions that pop up after your phone calls, I have been delighted by almost every aspect of this application. Very grateful that this exists!
Only missing 2 things
Everything seems to be adequate and fair for pricing, I just don’t see any way to upload images into the notes sections or add co buyers to the same leads
Friendship Saver App!!! Completely Biased Reviewer
Disclaimer: I know the real human behind this app so I’m 100% biased I don’t use Queue for relationships that are already in a good place but rather I use the app to force myself to man up and reconnect with people I’ve lost touch with. During the pandemic lockdown I had a tough series of life events that I allowed to toxicify my life. I manifested and directed this angst and bitterness towards the people I love and as a result these relationships became estranged. Queue forced me by continuously reminding me to reach out which eventually the reminders won out. I spent the past week calling, texting and emailing those friends and loved ones in my queue. Happy ending alert: I was able to spend 3 hours+ talking with each one either on the phone or in person, reconnecting and of course apologizing. Technology especially in a social context can make people interactions so transactional and dehumanizing. Queue can helped me discover how to use this “CRM” as a rehumanizing people first tool.
*Introducing the Today view!* Queue now just shows people who are due today or overdue for a catch up, so you can quickly get yourself caught up. And once you do, your queue is clear. Of course, your full queue is always just a tap away. *WhatsApp integration* Got some people in your queue who prefer WhatsApp? You can now easily start a WhatsApp message directly from Queue, for everyone in your queue or just the folks you'd like. *Smarter snooze options* Quickly snooze people until tomorrow, this weekend, next week, or next month. *Lots of bug fixes and polish* Everything scrolls more smoothly, animates more gracefully, and works more reliably.
