After installing the app and authorizing Google Drive access, you'll  need to setup the backend Google Apps Script (ie. copy/paste). It's a simple 2-3 minute process that doesn't require any programming experience. Programmable Thoughts was originally conceived as a quick-entry thought organizer that could be tweaked to personal needs. The core concept relies on the ability to quickly offload thoughts so you can process them later in your email inbox. But being essentially a simple voice/touch interface to Google Apps Script, it could really be a lot of things:
