I am 51 yrs old and never used a computer until 6 months ago! This year I have taken on a job bigger than I could handle as a Forman. I have a ton of emails and meetings daily and PLAUD has made my life so much easier. I copy and paste 95% of my meetings regardless of in person or by phone. I have Audhd, and work in a pretty fast paced and heavily nuanced work environment. No one at work knows as this is something I’m not very forward about discussing. Usually I have a few note pads, an iPad, post it notes, my laptop, the list of lists is endless, all to try and not forget deliverable nuances during our hour long call across more than 10 people. My Plaud arrived about five minutes before a major call. It took less than that to get it set up, logged in, and recording. Just in the first call alone there were some 30 plus little actions that needed to be taken for multiple clients. The Plaud transcribed the call really fast, and nicely laid the call out in a manageable format to progress forward with. Later in the day, I received a out of the blue phone call that ended up having some very important detailed instructions of next steps for a client. I gave it a shot and started recording. It transcribed the call and low and behold at the very bottom, a name was mentioned in the call that needed to be copied in the mail that I just didn’t hear. This would have been a pretty big annoyance, but the Plaud caught it, and all is well. Personally, this device is a game changer for me. I feel so much more confident that I can take an out of the blue call, and every single detail is grabbed, sorted, and displayed in a professional step by step manner. Call it a crutch, or a cheat code, but I’m ALL for it. You have a life long customer here.
