Awesome to have Orgmode on iOS
This is wonderful ; the power, flexibility and versatility of Emacs Org-mode on iOS. Plain Org implements well with a simple UI easy enough to use by anyone
If you use emacs, try it
This is very handy. It still has room for improvement, but I believe it is getting there!
Finally
Finally an org which I will use and makes sync just work with little overhead. Great job! Now checking out *scratch* & journelly
Finally!
I love emacs but also like using a normal phone with my notes in a nice interface. Just wanted to say being on a phone brought some sync issues where I’d write updates to a file before the app could download updates. It’s a normal occurrence when you take the subway often. I’ve resorted to combining this app with another one called working copy. It lets me download my notes from a git repository locally, I make my edits on this app and when I’m done I commit back the changes. I thought I’d share this neat trick in case anyone else was like me, apprehensive about losing data and decided against having their org notes on a phone. I might write a hook to ease the flow of pushing and pulling changes but for the most part I’m using it to read things and pulling is easy enough.
The best org mode viewer on iOS
Functional and no-frills.
It’s good
Definitely one of the better apps out there for managing org files on iOS.
- Tap on file title (on navigation bar) to access recent files. - Render non-pairs in drawers. - Extend the lifetime of recent files if possible. - Fixes background flickering in new entry dialog. - Fixes menu button color.
