Good voice recorder. This reviews is not aimed at the recorder. The app will not let me register by saying that my email address is not valid! I use that email for everything! Why is it deemed invalid?!

It doesn't do the most basic things correctly. It regularly will download the wrong file from the recorder. One file is shown, yet another one with a different length starts to play when you attempt to open it. The app then won't let you download the file you want because it thinks it already is downloaded. You will lose important recordings if you use this system. This has happened so many times I will have to use something else from now on.

I bought the Phillips VoiceTracer Recorder recently and ran into the following issues: 1. Hotspot function is finicky even when smart phone is very close to the voice recorder, with a broken and unintelligible voice on the recording. 2. When the audio files from the VoiceTracer recorder are transferred to the iphone, and is played on the smartphone, there is no voice in the recording!! 3. When the audio file is sent via the email function, it does not work and the audio file cannot be attached and sent to the email address. It appearsThat proper testing of the app and function has not been done by the developer. This is a big disappointment on the functionality of the voice recorder functionality.
