Did not translate

I just spent a decent chunk of money to translate a 600 odd page pdf and it didn’t work. The pages look like gibberish. I would usually click help or support before leaving a review but there is no feature like that in the app. Happy to update review if contacted, I just want the translation done please.

Do not buy. It’s a scam

Bought to translate a document. I paid for credits and it does nothing. It keeps asking you to buy a plan. It does not translate anything.

Su propaganda dice que puede traducir un número ilimitado de páginas, al subir el archivo pdf de 1000 páginas se cuelga. Quiero traducir ese documento de inglés al español. Solución?
