To the Developers: How do you disable the constant pop- ups to review the app . I'm in the middle of composing and it constantly pops stopping my work it's an annoyance it should never interfere with writing the pop ups are too much I wish I had ad blocker to stop these constant alerts way too many it's excessive. I pay each month. I don't like seeing. Please remove this. I've had this app about a year now . Or tell me how to disable the pop-ups please . It's extremely excessive right in my face right in middle of my work it BLOCKS you from processing everything stops . I am not paying for pop ups asking me if I like it . No I do not .

I have followed the instructions exactly to the App Store application and and look at my subscriptions and paragraph AI isn’t even there but yet they’re still charging me. I want to cancel and I can’t get a hold of anybody.

The functionality on the computer is good. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it directly on my keyboard and conversations like I was originally anticipating. I had to look at the conversation copy into the app and then paste into my messages. It was just a little bit clunky. - is assume the paid version integrates more seamlessly. I don’t understand why I would pay for an AI product integration-keyboard-app, if I can’t try it, before buying.

There was a brief delay in their response, which added to my initial frustration. However, as it turned out, the team was temporarily out of the office, which explained the delay. Once back, the customer service team was quick to respond to my emails. The team was professional, understanding, and committed to resolving my issue promptly. They reached out to me several times to ensure my problem was fully resolved, demonstrating their dedication to providing an excellent customer experience. In my moment of frustration, I had accidentally deactivated my account. But with their assistance, I was able to regain access swiftly. I am genuinely grateful for their tireless support and their commitment to rectify the situation. I am now happily using the pro version without any issues. The application is running smoothly, and I can complete unlimited tasks daily. The service I receive now is worth every penny of the subscription fee. Despite the initial hiccup, I am now more than satisfied with my experience with ParagraphAI. The dedication to customer satisfaction and the efficiency of their service is commendable. I would highly recommend ParagraphAI to anyone in need of a reliable and effective AI writing platform. I'm usually not one to leave critical reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with ParagraphAI's customer service. My ordeal began on Monday, February 19, 2024, when I encountered a problem with my pro version subscription. Despite paying for unlimited access, the application constantly informed me that I had reached my daily limit of five tasks. I immediately reached out to their customer support via email, explaining the situation in detail. The next day, I received a response apologizing for the inconvenience and asking for additional information such as my account-associated email address and my payment method. I promptly provided all the requested information, hoping that my issue would be resolved quickly. Unfortunately, my experience went from bad to worse. Despite my prompt reply, I received no further correspondence from the ParagraphAI team as of February 21, 2024. I even sent another follow-up email and tried calling the number provided in their email several times, only to be met with silence. I left voicemails and sent messages to their Facebook inbox, but all my attempts to reach them proved futile. Feeling helpless and desperate to resolve the issue, I tried troubleshooting the problem myself. I tried restarting my phone, logging off and back into the app, and even uninstalling and reinstalling it. Unfortunately, in a moment of desperation, I accidentally hit the 'deactivate' button, hoping it might somehow resolve the issue. Instead, I found myself locked out of my account altogether. I now find myself $160 out of pocket, with no access to the service I paid for and absolutely no assistance from the team at ParagraphAI. This experience has left me feeling extremely frustrated and, frankly, robbed. If I do not receive the necessary help by Friday, I plan to escalate this issue to Apple directly. In conclusion, my experience with ParagraphAI has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of responsiveness and apparent disregard for customer concerns is incredibly disheartening. I hope no other customers have to go through what I'm currently experiencing. I strongly recommend anyone considering using this service to think twice before investing their hard-earned money into a platform with such poor customer service.
