Used to work fine
I used this app a few times but now some pages won’t load and others are really slow. Please fix.

This app has too many glitches. There’s an issue with the text loading on the top so you can’t see the next and back buttons. There’s constant issues with it functioning & it won’t let you submit things. Oxnard PD takes weeks almost months to respond to anything submitted through the app. Tree trimming request are a 9-12 month wait, how ridiculous. Especially for those that own homes and pay property taxes here. The only thing they’re actually good at is getting to the graffiti request. Veronica deserves a raise. Other than that this app is trash.

Since the recent update the app no longer works for reporting graffiti. Just goes to the 3 dots showing the report is loading and never submits it.

This works great for graffiti, some abandoned cars, and homeless encampments. But ask that they trim a tree, enforce traffic laws, fix a pot hole, or a street light and they’ll just ignore you and act like they never saw it.
