Great App!
most important to me is that none of my data is kept on someone else's server. there are only local backups and if i choose, i can sync my data my icloud and a couple of others. app has all the functions i would want in a password manager. i like the user interface and the personalization options for icons, colors, etc. been using it for many years, and no glitches to speak of. recommend.

safari extension? no longer exists used to be my favorite thing tho constant crashing? yes of course backup/updating/ syncing? doest work even though my setting currently have it doing it every day i paid for onesafe on all platforms and i get no functionality for it. theres a crappy free windows app. an android app the ios apps and the mac app. unless this is free, its a waste of money and time

I have this in Iphone and Ipad and just installed it on MAC for $19.95. It crashes non stop. What a crock this app is. Took hours to sink but now it crashes non stop. Ronk
United StatesNot working on Macbook Pro
Years of working fine on my Macbook, then, as of Feb 4 2022, the app won't open (osMonterey 12.2.1). I receive a crash report every time I try to open it. I've written to Lunabee twice via email with details of the crash report. No response. I tried Twitter. I get no response. Lunabee: are you out there?? Three stars because the app still works on my iPhone and iPad. And I really love the product on the whole. But PLEASE contact me so I can get the app back up and running on my Macbook!
United StatesNo updates for 9mo? Not working w/ Mac OS12
I've been using Onesafe on Mac, iPhone and iPad for years. Once I got the hang of it, to sync betwen devices, it's worked well overall. But when I recently did IOS and OS updates on all my Apple devices, the Mac version has blown up. Won't even open. Still works on iPhone and iPad. Looks like there's been no updates in 9mo... is the Mac version no longer supported?

I used to love this app but lately it seems to have problems. First up, the search function doesn't work at all. I can type in the names of my cards and nothing ever comes up. Second, it keeps making duplicates of my cards, which is weird. 3rd, I prefer the large card view and there is no way to auto sort that view by name or anything. So I HAVE to use a different view and sort and scroll manually to find what I am looking for. Lame.

I have tried for 3-4 years now to get help to reopen my Onesafe app. It won't accept any of my passwords and tech help is worthless. I have on old version of Onesafe (not Onesafe1) that works partially but crashes all the time. If someone could help me, maybe my rating would increased!
