Don’t trust this app (or any of the OneSafe products) with important passwords!! I used to love this app, but the developer has really bad customer support. They encourage users to use their Tri-PIN technology, and the app allows you to set a Tri-PIN for the main app password. And they encourage you to set security questions. HERE’S THE PROBLEM: The app doesn’t have a way to enter the Tri-PIN (nor any way to Unlock with security questions!) when starting the app. So as soon as you set this and close the app, you’re permanently locked out! I’ve lost hundreds of password entries. I have tried to contact the developers twice over several days with no response. Do the developers take any ownership of their defective app?

I’ve used OneSafe for years with minimal problems until recently. When my wife upgraded her iPhone to a 14 a year ago OneSafe 5+ stopped working. Just freezes up. Reported it to Lunabee and got no response. I upgraded to an iPhone 15 and the same thing happened. Reported it and no response. Somehow I got got it to work again sort of. It still freezes regularly, but a restart will unfreeze it for awhile. I have the same thing on my iPad. I can’t get it to work on my wife’s iPhone 14 though. I was prompted to upgrade to OneSafe 6. I tried that. It is very hard to transfer data from v.5+ to v.6. A complicated procedure that I had to repeat several times before I finally had success. Then I find that v.6 does not have syncing. Others have reported this too. Lunabee’s stock answer is that they are working on it and half their customers don’t use syncing. So that means that they released a beta version for customers to debug. I don’t know who would not use syncing. Maybe people who only own a phone for a digital device. I have a computer and an iPad. I have to log into sites requiring a password using any device. I paid for a separate Mac version of OneSafe so I could have my passwords available across all my devices. Even if OneSafe 6 sync is added, will it also sync with the Mac version? Especially since the Mac version has not been updated in 2 years. It syncs for me but may people seem to have had problems with this. So Lunabee now has a current “stable” version with bugs that make it unable to run consistently on current iOS devices. It has a new beta version that will not sync passwords across devices and this seems like a low priority. I really don’t want to have to switch all my passwords to another platform (e.g. Bitwarden or Apple’s increasingly useful password keeper). But if this situation is not remedied soon, I’ll have to do so.

Downloaded to migrate from oneSafe+ to hopefully fix a lag issue. OneSafe 6 does not have synchronization. Deleted the app. Will try again when sync is implemented, not sure why it was removed in this version.

This app deleted more than half my photos when I “migrated” over from one safe 5 I have no clue how or why. Thought the process would be easy since it’s the same app/developer but it wasn’t. I don’t know how to get my photos back since when I migrated over it deleted the previous saved cloud data for it. I’m so incredibly frustrated and upset at this. I would give it a 0 star if I could.
