New app is a SAFETY HAZARD
Great product last 2 years, new app and nothing syncs. How is it possible the developers could allow this to happen? Turn the old app back on, there was nothing wrong with it! And instead of replying to “call you”, why not just fix the app before more and more users are about to find out the app doesn’t work!

I bought this very expensive brake controller from CURT. 2022 travel trailer I purchased new has had LIPPERT AWNING ARMS DESTROYED, $1000.00. Lippert frame is bent. Now this app doesn’t fit iPhone 12 screen. I can’t accept the turn on notifications because it doesn’t fit the screen. Shame on Apple for this. Some apps when this happens I rotate phone and I can complete a task. Not this app. $300 CURT brake controller that I used for 14,000 miles worked perfectly UNTIL THE APP WONT SUPPORT IT AND I NEED LIPPERT APP. $1000 iPhone that allows this nonsense.

Bring back ECHO! Seriously, now I have a paperweight? Force people to upgrade to an APP you cannot even set up? Bad enough you make people register, you want location services, but your APP while settings shows it is installed. Location services doesn’t show it. No way to enable, no way to get past the enable screen screen while setting it up. Why don’t you make sure you have a working app before disabling the old one.

Had to get Bluetooth trailer breaks for my camper and had to download this app to control it and it doesn’t even connect to the app. It connects to my phone but not within the app now I wasted 300 dollars for a controller that doesn’t even work. THEY seriously need to FIX this issue within the app!!

Set to 100/9 and breaks are non existent! Worked fine with the old app. VERY DANGEROUS if you are in the middle of a trip. I’ll be installing one in my cab. I do not recommend this product.

The switch from Curt to One has been terrible! It allows me to go all the way to Vehicle and Trailer Settings, but when I go to ‘tap to accept’ to actually use my trailer brakes, it won’t let me. I get an error code saying something about having to run in the fore front of cell phone data, or some such statement. It’s very annoying to have an un-wanted and un-needed software app change and make it unusable!

Bought first brake controller 2 weeks ago and app works fine once trailer is connected (green light on brake controller). Will constantly say it lost connection if light is solid blue but will work just fine when trailer connected. Had to change sensitivity to 1 from default of 5
