How can a company of MTN size deploy an app in which the “How To Videos” do not match the app interface? You are an information enterprise and you struggle to provide accurate information on you app to your subscribers. Just a piece of junky app with more sales promotions than usefulness. Guys you can do better. Zero star if available is my preference for this app.

This is a terrible app that log you out. Glo mobile app is better than this trash. I put my sim in wifi and put the number in the app. Everytime session expire; I will be frustrated to take out the sim into a phone to receive code again before I can sign in. That’s very terrible. You guys are making much money than to be developing this trash you call application. Mtn is just too useless. You can never be happy with them for a whole day. They will find a way to make you angry. I hope one better technology will take over someday that we won’t be needing you people no more!! 👎
