- Ensure seamless production as you are making sure the first part or action is perfect
- Perform checks after production has been started or when changes are carried out. As these times are susceptible to quality issues, it is necessary to verify that production proceeds as desired from a quality and performance standpoint
- Create control points in any area of the factory, determine reasons for launch, carry out evaluations and follow up on actions created due to the module synchronization with Lean Center
