No customer service
I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service through email and voicemail and cannot get a hold of anyone nor do they get back to me. Thumbs down!!
Frustrating app
This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever used. It’s not intuitive at all and it doesn’t work the way it says it should. And forget about trying to speak directly with someone on the phone. They don’t do that. And what they tell you to do when they respond to a support request doesn’t work either. I wonder if any of these reps have used the app, because then they’d know that what they’re telling you to do doesn’t work. After HOURS of my time (like the other reviewer), I somehow figured out how to create an outgoing message. If I continue to have problems I’ll find another app where I can get phone support. It’s ridiculous because every single email I got told me the exact same instructions for setting up a greeting that DIDN'T WORK. Re: developer response to my review. DID YOU READ THE REVIEW?? No, I won’t be reaching out to you VIA EMAIL. If you’d like to speak with me, you have my phone number and you can call me. Phone support would make your app much more useful.

Do not purchase this is a SCAM!! You won’t be able to receive any tech support, toll free number won’t work, and can’t speak directly to anyone. I left voicemails no response. Save yourself time and money DONT purchase!!!
Exceedingly confusing sign up process. App never let me in. Ancient faqs.
