Intervalio - Interval Timer

Intervalio is a simple custom interval timer in your pocket, available anywhere you go! Due to its simplicity, you can use it in various ways: as a Tabata timer, HIIT timer, EMOM timer, stretching timer, workout timer and more! So if you are at home and using it as a stretching timer or need a reliable HIIT interval timer, Intervalio is the app for you!

With the capability of saving settings for your timer, you use the app for a diverse set of activities. For example, you can have a timer for your 60-second intervals with 60-second breaks for your HIIT timer. Or you can set a Tabata timer for your 20-seconds-on-10-seconds-off timer. You can also set a simple EMOM timer that goes off every minute, every 2 minutes, every 3 minutes, etc. Don't forget about a workout timer for maybe your interval weight training. After you're done, you can even set a stretching timer to guarantee a pose for 30-seconds, 1-minute or more!
