Love the tool!
The app Is very simple and easy to use. Love being able to report invasive species in NY.
Great Horrible App
I have tried to use this app a dozen times to no avail. No matter how many times I reset my password (I didn’t forget my password it just never works) I can never get in. I am entering the right password.
Buggy
When you open the help screen a window pops up but the x is so far at the top to close it that it’s off the screen. You need to reboot your phone to get back to the beginning.
Could be improved
App works well but improvements could be made. Particularly, reference pictures of the invasive species would be helpful- rather than just a list of names. Without this function, it leaves users having to bounce between the app and their internet browser to see what each item listed looks like.
Reporting invasives through citizen science
Very user friendly and easy to submit observations
App trouble
Using an iPhone6 and iOS 8.3(12F70) the application is impossible to use on my phone. The selection species list comes up as none for every option. I've seen it work on other phones, and the app looks great, but it seems to have bugs.
