App Crashes - Unable to View Files
I’m attempting to retrieve a document, but the app crashes every time I click on my computer icon. I see a field pop up in the app for a millisecond before it crashes.

IDrive was recommended by a trusted author in a computer magazine. After setting up an account, I received used memory drives periodically, which confused me. I didn’t realize I was supposed to back up my computer on these drives and send them back to IDrive for storage. When I received a $119 bill at the end of the first year, I called customer service and learned about the process. I was fortunate to have received a refund since I never used the drives. At that time, I remember that I was very impressed by the quality of the call service representative. However, in recent years, the company has changed drastically. Now, not even their after hours phone number is being answered. And, even if someone takes down your information, nobody calls you back. I can not even find the link that would allow me to cancel my subscription. Beware.

These people are awful with solutions. I should’ve never backed up my data. My account is about to close and now they’re saying there’s no way to migrate my data out of their service because I used a laptop to upload it and and want to download it back on to an iPad. They won’t provide any alternative solutions. I’m holding back the profanities I’d like to shout for anyone who’s got decades worth of data (photos & videos included) being held hostage by an awful company.
