It allows you to quickly calculate the total required cooling and heating loads (in BTU/hr or Tonnage) and air flows (CFM or L/s) by inputting just the building type, total square area and number of people. You can email all of the inputs and results to any email address. In addition, the email includes an Excel spreadsheet attachment from which you can perform more extensive calculations. The basis of the calculations for this utility come from various authoritative HVAC texts that list average cooling and heating load values per square foot for many building types. I like that it now works on my iPhone and iPad. It's definitely not a full-fledged load calc program, but all I need is rule-of-thumb. Works on my iOS 13 iPhone X. Awesome app.

This is a quick load calc app, not one to do those detailed loads required by the city. It’s perfect for those rule-of-thumb loads I need to do so often. It’s cheap, very easy to use, and most likely within 10 to 15% of doing a real load calc. I like it!
