Welcome back!! You guys know your formate is not replicated anywhere, which for us really sucked when the app went down. I looked at countless other family/team/group/work organizers and not one was as clean, well designed, easy to use, had all we needed that was simple and clear and none of the over thought junk that all others have. We did find an on line scheduler specifically designed for flight schools and clubs that was good but it just wasn’t anywhere near as easy to use but I’ll give props to bookourplane.com because they do good but THE HUB is way better for our organization. THANK YOU! for getting back up.

I recently renewed my subscription and now I can’t access the app. I have tried deleting it, re-downloading it several times, updating my iOS and several other things. I can login via chrome and my husband can still access our information on his account hone, but when I try to open the app, I get a white blank screen. Please help. I have so many lists, I don’t want to cancel my subscription!

I have uninstalled it twice and reinstalled it. It allows me to log in. But gives me a white blank screen and never is restored to all my info. I had so many important lists on there. Incredibly mad.

Doesn’t work with new iOS update. Blank screen upon start up, and I PAY for this. No update and no communication from developers on when update will happen. Very disappointed, especially because we pay for this app to help through busy periods like the holidays.
