not super useful
Pretty crap actually... attempted to use it to lay out a back patio roof but it won't let you anchor a roof anyplace that makes sense. Possibly will work with the full version but I'm not paying money until I'm sure it will do what I want it to do. Here's a hint - give full capability in the demo version just disable saving or printing that way peopel will actually know if the product will work for them. I guess the developers have something to hide.
United StatesThe update made it not fun anymore
I used to love this game up until very recently when they updated it. At first I thought the update was great even thought they didn't add any new furniture. But then I realized they took away lots of my favorite textures, so I was in the middle of a project and half of it now has a texture that no longer exists and a texture that is brand new which really annoys me. But I also came to learn where to find a lot of my favorite objects but thanks to the update all the objects now got moved around and are in different places which also annoys me. I hope they bring back the old textures and make the furniture layout the same but otherewise I really like the game.

It does a great job showing and rendering 3D views on fairly old computers and remains consistent across a much newer iPad and the older computers. The ability to rotate 3D views is surprisingly fast and smooth on older computers as well. Printing is fairly accurate but could use one particular improvement. When printing a blueprint, I'd like to see outside measurements printed as well or at least make it optional. Overall happy with what I paid.

If you are willing to pay for this software then it probably works just fine. I was evaluating it for purchase and the save "feature" is something that you have to pay for. Initially I was even fine with that but the software glitched and lost my entire design (which, obviously, was not saved).

I like the ease of use, its really intuitive. Designed a tiny house in minutes but the software keeps crashing on my New Macbook Pro. I am using the free version so maybe thats why. Anyhow again the easiest to use home design software I have ever used.

I played around with this app for a little while and it looked okay at first. Then I used it for real (but very small) project, just one room. It crashed a few times, some features stopped working until I deleted some walls (that was weird!), and it really wasn't that useful. I'm trying to get a refund. Then I'll look for a different app.

Has crashed about four times in the short time <72 hrs that I have used it. Can't manuever around very easily. I would not purchase again. I have the "gold" version.
