Not sure what's going on
I've been Staking my 1000 for years and things used to r great but their vpn stopped working on my PC and now both my iPhone and android it says no internet connection yet I obviously have an internet connection so no more vpn use with them. I'd have staked 10000 but I ended up sending my coins to another wallet until this starts working again. Not sure if Hacken is still Ukraine based so maybe that's why it's not working.

Iv been using the app a couple years now late 2020. Always enjoyed it. Lost a lot in the LPs bc I maybe didn't claim it all in time. I think I lost a lot of HAI somehow but I've slowly moved it to one of the staking ones only because none were working well for me. I tried using the VPN on my PC but it quit working? Told me to update. Now it just won't install. But it was asking for a monthly fee and I thought with staking you get free services. I do still get on my phone but I really don't use the VPN on my phone bc it has one built in. Plus a lot of the crypto sites require a PC vpn and mobile does not work. Anywho if Im mistaken or missing something please leave me a message or something. I'd love to use services again. Also, are you guys still based in Ukraine? Or have y'all moved? And are y'all WEF Members. Im sure you are not a BRICS member. Anyone else think BRICS and BRC are suspect. I'd think using a VPN run by a NGO that unforced laws on countries would defeat the purpose of privacy

Pretty crappy you cannot access your farming. They claim it's after a certain date but I haven't yet to be able to claim it. I just get some error it needs to be on Binance chain but it is on Binance and was claimed on Binance bc I checked. So don't waste your time. Tried to contact support yet no replies

United StatesDon't mine UFI it gets lost in limbo
I have been mining over a year so I decided to claim and add to the pools but I think I learned my lesson on the pools, pools are a scam to liquidate the idiots, but UFI one, I claimed to my BSC wallet yet it's giving me a farming error for the second claim saying it needs to be on bsc lol. So yeah, not all the mining options work properly.

I claimed UFI on Binance chain but when I went to do the second claim it tells me it needs to be on Binance but I can see it there and now I cannot claim either way. And one of my farms is making 0% so idkwuwt Oh and I think we are giving you guys enough money and y'all shouldn't be charging us. We all know Israel is your biggest supporter. Well and America. So our staking should be making y'all enough money to keep the lights on , on top of the billions going to Ukraine I mean you are the web3 security choice of the WEF are y'all not? All in one sounds simple but also sounds easier for a government to track all that you do lol. That's why they are pushing for all in one apps. The illusion of capitalism just like the illusion of two or more parties.

The war banner needs to go. That belongs in a blog post not a useless banner taking away functionality. I fully support Ukraine 🇺🇦 that said the banner is tackless chest thumping. Its a slippery slope. I know i do no pay hacken ai bills but we all have issues we want to be loud about. More over. Why not take the banner down and have a whole page somewhere else on the app. Fully committed to this cause.
