Life changing
In just 2 months, I’ve accomplished more than I did in the entire last year. As someone living with ADHD, this app has really made an impact. My coach messages me every day, keeping me accountable and helping me prioritize my goals. Together, we created manageable steps to build habits that lead me towards success. The human feedback feature is invaluable. It keeps me on track and provides the encouragement I need. This app is an incredible tool for anyone seeking to improve their productivity and achieve their goals.

Real coaches. Their graphs are sometimes messed up and I feel like they use chat GPT to generate replies, BUT they are real coaches and they are smart/follow a system. I was at CommitAction at $550+ a month, and while it has its benefits, too, this service is better when it comes to return-per-dollar. I’ve been using it for a month and plan to continue using it. Excited to see their feature updates over time. Accountability Systems/Coaches help a ton - they keep your goals at the top of your mind/forefront. Anyhow, for an entry-level low cost option, it’s the best out there.

This app is changing the way I approach my life. I wake up in the morning and think about what’s on my agenda for the day, that, for once, I’m motivated to get done. If I don’t do them, Liv will follow up to help me push past my reticence and concerns. She cheers me on when things are going well and offers empathetic reframing of what I’m not doing great at. The momentum I’ve been building due to GoalsWon is deeply impactful and I feel like, for the first time in a long time, my life is pointing in the right direction. My depression is decreasing in a way that’s more effective than some therapy journeys. I feel accomplished, effective and powerful. None of this is an exaggeration - this app and its coaches deliver on its promise and then some. It’s true accountability in a way that I’ve always wished for and never thought possible. I can’t recommend this highly enough A++.

This is my first time working with an accountability coach, and I’m already seeing dramatic improvements. I appreciate how my coach helps me stay on track to achieve my goals, provides tips for improvement, maintains a positive attitude, and checks in with me daily to provide feedback and ongoing encouragement. For example, one of my goals is to work out at the gym at 5 a.m. My coach provides charts, to track my progress, provide valuable tips to improve and positive coaching. To be honest, working out at 5am would be extremely difficult if I didn’t have someone checking in and coaching me along the way. Thanks to GoalsWon and my stellar accountability coach, working out at the gym is becoming a part of my daily routine. Lastly, I feel so accomplished to start the day by checking off my hardest daily goal.

I been disabled by ADHD my entire life (and always will be) so I need a lot of help with the symptoms of Executive Dysfunction. Things like planning, prioritizing, staying on task, breaking things down into steps, etc. These are exactly the things that my wonderful accountability coach Elora helps me with. She has been kind and supportive throughout our time together. She messages me everyday and has lots of great ideas about different ways I can approach my same old problems so I can find a new way around them. My biggest hesitation to beginning my journey with GoalsWon was that I didn’t want to work with a coach that was mean or tough on me “for my own good”. I would not respond well to that. I didn’t find any good examples of what the coaching LOOKED like online so I just took a chance on the free trial and I never looked back! I have made so much progress since then and I’m excited about the future working with my coach.
