Mobile app horrible
App won’t sign in, keeps sending confirmation email, verbiage doesn’t even fit mobile screen, when click confirmation email it always says something wrong. Deleted and reloaded app, no change. Desktop version is great, mobile app needs a LOT of work.
Does not work well
I want to be able to use the App, but it rarely loads when I opened it. Which is frustrating. I keep hoping it’s going to get better, but it’s doesn’t. Unfortunately, the app the doesn’t work for me.

This app has come such long way! I mainly use the the desktop version, but the mobile app comes in very handy when I have to step outside of the office. When agents call me with certain questions about docs in progress, or to check on the status of signatures packets sent to clients, I can easily hop on remotely to check and even push through reminders. I can also send a copy of any contract form or disclosure to buyers, sellers, agents, escrow officers, or anyone who is part of the transaction, directly from the app. I’d give it 5 stars, but there are times I experience a glitch or two, here and there. Nonetheless, I’m excited to see what more Glide will do to improve it. As a TC, this has become a valuable tool when I’m mobile!

So many bugs!
This one star review reflects the ongoing and endless bugs that show up every time they do an update. The mobile app barely works on iPhone. I was trying to complete a mobile AVID (which was one of their big marketing ploys) and I could not get the workflow wizard to work. On the help chat and their solution was to delete it an re-download. That didn’t help. So I completed it manually on the phone, which is not easy given the small windows that don’t resize to your phone. The whole time it was slow and finicky, even with 5G. And you can’t add photos! When I got back to my desk, everything was gone. Nothing saved! Never going to trust it again for that. General use on desktop is fine, but no better than zip forms which it is desperately trying to displace. The new multiple property folder update seemed nice at first but comes with all sorts of weird glitches. Did you accidentally add a property to a transaction folder? Too bad, there is literally no way to delete it! Want to use the MLS number to fill out the details of a purchase transaction you are also the listing agent on? Too bad, the system can’t compute that you are a dual agent and it freaks out…forcing you to enter it all manually! Is your client waiving their loan contingency? Then it automatically greys out the boxes that say what their lending status is so you can’t enter anything. Sure, it shouldn’t matter if they are waiving the loan contingency, but with the new contract, listing agents look very closely at that section. Too bad, you have to leave it blank or enter it in manually in docusign. Which I’ve forgotten to do and got negative feedback from the listing agent. Because of a glitch in glide! There’s many more little weird things that are annoying and will probably never be fixed. This company put the horse in front of the cart when promising a game changing software. When it works, it’s fine. When it doesn’t, it wastes your time and will make you pull your hair out.
