Description
Document Tracking System
The GigaTrak® Document Tracking System (DTS) is a flexible solution for nearly any organization that needs to track documents and materials assigned to a person or location. Know where your documents are and retrieve them quickly when necessary!

All insurance firms, law offices, government agencies, corporations, and many others can benefit from knowing where important documents are located. Our system uses barcodes affixed to files, folders, items, etc. (pretty much anything you want to track). Items are then transferred between employees and locations (offices, storerooms, cabinets, etc.) with a complete chain-of-custody history being recorded. The challenge is making it easy to record when items are moved.

With the GigaTrak Document Tracking App you can:
• Transfer documents to Employees
• Transfer documents to Locations
• Audit Locations
• Audit Employees

Now, with the DTS app, you can turn your device into a mobile barcode scanner and track documents on the go! Save time and money by knowing exactly where your documents are!
