It is better than Acrobat as free PDF viewer, Acrobat became annoying asking subscription every single second and cannot even PDF to read.

挺好用

受不了系统自带的预览app在单页模式下，切换页面时候会有闪烁的问题，就尝试了这款老牌app，没有了闪烁问题。有几点希望改进： 1. 折叠功能区再重启应用之后，还能保持折叠，让文档页面可视化的区域尽可能大 2. 可以更改窗口的背景颜色，现在的#ABABAB对于暗黑模式太亮了 3. 点击了书签或者点击折叠功能区之后，再按方向键就没反应，不能切换到上一页下一页谢谢！

Awesome PDF tool

It's been a few years since I've tried this software, and it has come a long way since I last used it. The UI is great and feature set is broader than the already installed macOS PDF software "Preview." This tool also provides more functionality than your web browser (Firefox/Chrome) and can open complex PDFs that Adobe attempts to hide behind their Acrobat paywall. If you run into a PDF with the dreaded "Please wait... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document" give Foxit PDF Reader a try. I have a complex form that I needed to fill out and tried to use Adobe Reader. Adobe blocks me from saving and printing - but Foxit works great and lets me decide what I can do with my PDFs. I can edit, save, print, save as PDF, etc. The Foxit UI is very responsive - actually smoother and quicker than the most recent Adobe Acrobat.

Imprecise text/hightlight selection

When ever you select a word starting from the space before it, foxit will select the last character of the previous word and highlight that character too. That's super annoying and has been around for years. If you use the pencil to draw, the pencil tip should be where it starts drawing, but it's not the case. Try it yourselft and you will see.

BEST PDF READER

ON GOD I SWEAR THIS IS THE BEST PDF READER, DON'T WAIT. These other apps had me completely unable to even save the Pdf File, and completely unable to get a custom highlighter color. As we all know by now, the HIGHLIGHTER COLOR ON PREVIEW IS FAR TOO DARK. So Foxit has the best features easily available, and one is easily able to export pdf's...
