Excellent App
The simplicity by itself is spectacular. It is not complicated to understand, you just click on the 3 dots and you have plenty of options on how you want to manage your time. This app has helped me with my brain fog so much that everytime I want to be productive in something Flow always comes up to my mind and I enjoy having this Pomodoro Timer. I have not used any other and honestly this is just enough for me. It is great to have.

This app could simply be the single best apple watch app if it only did’t have ram issues where it can’t keep running in the background. It basically resets the app every time you leave it for a moment. I really hope that someday they fix it.

Does exactly what it says it does, even on the free tier. My only complaint is somewhat of a user error, but I believe to be a design flaw. When flow opens, I find the CTA button is a little misleading. When I click "Start Using Flow", I always think that the timer is going to start. I forget to click the play button until I notice that I haven't had a break in a while. I would love for that button on the opening screen to trigger the timer.

Please make time statistics option free, because flows numbers doesn’t change if you change the flow length I mean if you work 1 week with 60 min flows it doesn’t have difference with 30 min flows, please fix this or make time flow free, thanks for your great app.
United StatesDoes not sync between devices
The app is great, but I cannot sync between devices. That means that it will only track sessions on each device, and you cannot see the total amount of flows you have done across all devices. The timers also do not sync. If you start flow on your iPhone or on your Mac, the timer on your Apple Watch will not synchronize. Syncing across devices would make this an awesome app. Hopefully this feature comes in the future, I would totally give it 5 stars.
