I like it...how do I best use this?
I want to use this more but I'm not clear how to use it best, so I'll keep looking. is drag and drop reordering a feature I am overlooking?
I like this app. Trying it out.
It has a lot of power under the hood. But fonts could definitely be bigger. Rounded checkboxes would help smooth out the somewhat boxy feel of the app as well. Overall has a lot going for it ...
First rate Apple Watch app
I not only like that it is available on Apple Watch but that the developer put a lot of thought into the Watch app. It lets you make your own complications, for any list section. And you can add notes and subtasks on the go. ### Few other unique features: - Markdown in notes - Color-coded tags - Project only tags (not global) - Time-line view - Tasks can have both start and due dates to span multiple days - Soft colored background hues for each project (love this) - Colorful app icons to choose from (great) ### Wish List - Global search - Global inbox for tasks that don’t belong to a project yet - Project archiving (when completed) - Project Groups (like another reviewer mentioned) - Preference for rounded check boxes for tasks for greater visual appeal (nicer on the eye) - View iOS Calendar Events in app - Quickly add a task from the app icon (via contextual menu) - Filters on Watch app — particularly for tags (useful for grocery shopping). - Starred items for quickly grouping tasks from different projects so you can also view them in one list. Been looking for a good task manager app that can double as shopping list — with iCloud sync and a well designed and functional watch app. This fits the bill for the most part. Just a couple issues: 1. Font is too small. Should be options to increase size. Or use dynamic type. 2. Needs a today and upcoming view for dated tasks to see tasks across projects in one place. 3. The subscription pricing may be a little too high for some to get behind. I think a 30% decrease would be more attractive to more users. But fare as you will, it’s your business and I don’t want to tell anyone how to run theirs. Just something to consider … I’m enjoying the free trial for which I thank you. Depending on how I fare, I’ll decide if I want to keep it for the new year. Either way, I will keep an eye on its development.

Been looking for a good task manager app that can double as shopping list — with iCloud sync and a well designed and functional watch app. This fits the bill for the most part Couple issues that hold me back a little: 1. Starred items for quickly grouping tasks from different projects so you can also view them in one list. I also think the subscription pricing is about 30-50% too high — especially for project sharing ability, considering there’s no additional server costs, since it uses iCloud and we are already paying for it to Apple. Don’t get me wrong I greatly appreciate that it uses iCloud and wouldn’t have considered the app without it, just think the Team subscription would be more appealing at about $3.99/mo to $5.99 and the regular monthly subscription at about $1.99/mo or $12.99 — $19.99 for yearly. To compare: another great project manager called Task Flow, which is currently at $2.49/month and $14.99 /year. It also offers a lifetime purchase option, which I think is a nice thing to offer for those who want an option other than subscription model. It doesn’t offer any Watch app, and the developer expressed it is not on their roadmap. That’s why I’m looking into your app. I’m enjoying the free trial for which I thank you. Improvements needed
Improvements are needed. As a user, I’d like to organize projects within folders or a workspace and share all its projects with my team. Also, team sharing is cumbersome. Please look into it so that we don’t have to check an additional checkbox in settings when a project is shared with us. This has confused everyone on my team. Lastly, we need to have a way to prevent checking recurring tasks until they’re due. Or better yet, prevent recurring tasks from being created until they’re due. Looking forward to seeing improvements based on user feedback.
Folders needed
We need folders, and the ability to share them with others.
- "My Tasks" feature is now available on the Watch version of the app. - When entering tasks in My Tasks, you can now easily change the project and section. - You can now drag & drop tasks in My Tasks in most groupings, including due dates and priorities; this means you can change the due date or priority using drag & drop. - Projects are now displayed in the timeline of My Tasks. - You can now paste an image to the task as an attachment. - Fixed an issue with calendar integration. - Other various bug fixes.
